Meet Esperanza Sanchez from El Oasis Orphanage.
Miss Sanchez has lived at El Oasis most of her life. Esperanza has a deformed spine. Funding from the Debbie Bell Memorial is being used to cover the cost of her passport, visa, travel and Mexican medical bills as the Foundation organizes surgery for her in the US.
